RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. CONSUMER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
1.1. Overview. At Red House Tools (RHT), we value our customers and strive to ensure that
every purchase meets their expectations. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions
under which products are accepted, returned, or exchanged.
1.2. Order Confirmation. Upon placing an order from RHT, customers will receive an email
confirmation with the order details. Please review this information carefully and contact us
immediately if there are any discrepancies.
1.3. Delivery and Inspection. Customers are encouraged to immediately inspect their orders
upon delivery. If there is any visible damage or discrepancies, please notify RHT at
info@redhousetools.com within thirty (30) days of receipt.
1.4. Satisfaction Guarantee. We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions
specified in our return policy.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
2.1. Definition of Defective Product. A product is considered defective if it fails to perform
as described, has manufacturing defects, or is damaged upon delivery. This does not include
damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
2.2. Reporting a Defective Product. If you receive a defective product, please contact RHT at
info@redhousetools.com within thirty (30) days of receipt. Provide your order number, a
detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, photos or videos of the issue.
2.3. Return Process for Defective Products. Upon reporting a defective product:
Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
for the return.
Once we receive and inspect the defective product, we will process a replacement or
issue a refund, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.
2.4. Exclusions. This policy does not cover:
2.4.1. Products that have been altered, repaired, or misused.
2.4.2. Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect product functionality.
2.4.3. Products received by the consumer with no report of defect within thirty (30) days of
receipt.
2.4.4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, if applicable. Please get in touch if

3. RETURNS NOT RELATED TO DEFECT
3.1. General Return Policy. For all non-defect-related returns, we have a thirty (30) day return
policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.
3.2. Return Eligibility. For return eligibility, the item must be in the same condition in which it
was received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

3.3.2. If your return is accepted, RHT will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return
as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to RHT
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. EXCHANGES
4.1. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once
the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS
5.1. RHT will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the
refund was approved.
5.1.1. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund.
5.1.2. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,
please contact us at info@redhousetools.com.
6. EXTENDED WARRANTY
6.1. For products with an extended warranty, defects reported beyond the initial thirty (30) day
period will be handled according to the terms of the warranty. Please refer to the product’s
warranty documentation for specific details.
7. GENERAL TERMS
7.1. Amendments. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be
effective upon posting on our website.
