WHY EZ-WINGS? SAFE, SWIFT, AND SPOT-ON!
EZ-Wings were created by two woodworkers who were sick of making unsupported, unsafe cuts on the miter saw. Third hands, job site stand arms, and homemade rigs all offered their own unique challenges. There wasn't a product out there that checked all the right boxes of strength, portability, weight, customizability, safety, accuracy, and speed. Founders Ben Earnhart and Cal Sellens set out to solve the issue and the result became known as EZ-Wings.
Utilizing his background as an Aerospace Engineer, Cal set out to design the ultimate miter saw solution at the same demanding quality standards required in aerospace manufacturing. After two and a half years of research and development, prototype after prototype and painstaking attention to detail, Ben and Cal finally had a product they could stand behind.
EZ-Wings is a (provisionally) patented, universal, lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum modular support system for miter and chop saws. Its unique, tool-less mounting design allows the device to be attached or detached from any miter saw quickly and easily as each wing/extension weighs less than 5 lbs. EZ-Wings can be used on any job site stand or workbench as the EZ-Base mounts directly to the saw itself and the wings interface with the base.
