As part of our limited-time promotional offer (the “Promotion”), you may be eligible to receive a 110% refund of your purchase price if you are not satisfied with your product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

By engaging in the Promotion, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

To qualify for the Promotion, the following conditions must be met:

a. You must have purchased any of the following products directly from Red House Tools

You must initiate a product return in accordance with Section 3 below within 30 days of the delivery
date.

b. The product and its packaging must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged
condition, as determined at our sole discretion upon inspection.
c. Proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
d. Any discounts on products subject to the Promotion will be honored; however, in the
event of a request for refund, only the discounted purchase price paid by the customer,
and not the full retail price of the product, will be subject to the Promotion.
e. Only one refund claim per product, per customer, or per household is allowed.
f. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate.
g. Employees, contractors, affiliates of the Company, or employees of any companies with
whom Red House Tools has contractual relationships and their immediate family
members are not eligible unless explicitly stated.

h. Purchases must be completed between July 18th, 2025 and August 17th, 2025. The
Company reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate this Promotion at any time
without prior notice.
i. Offer is applicable to the first 100 units sold within the stated timeframe.
j. The Promotion does not apply to taxes, shipping, and handling.

2. Refund Details

a. If the conditions are met, you will receive a refund of 110% of the original purchase
price, excluding shipping, taxes, and any other non-promotional or other non-product
charges.
b. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
c. Allow up to 20 business days from receipt and inspection of the return for the refund to be processed.

3. Return Process

a. To initiate a return for this promotion, please contact our Customer Service team at
info@redhousetools.com with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
b. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping
instructions.
c. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping
method.
d. Items returned without an RA number or outside the eligible window will not be
accepted.

4. Condition Assessment

a. Products and packaging must be in new and resellable condition at full retail price, free
of any signs of wear, use, damage, or alterations.
b. Items returned with cosmetic or functional damage (including scratches, dents, stains, or odors) will not qualify for the 110% refund and may be rejected or subject to a standard refund or restocking fee at our discretion.

5. Exclusions

This offer does not apply to:

a. Items not identified as part of the promotion.
b. Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces.
c. Products that have been used in a way inconsistent with normal consumer use or any
misuse.

6. Modifications and Termination

Red House Tools reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior
notice. Claims made in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of purchase will be honored.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability under the Promotion is limited to 110% of the product’s original purchase price. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, CO.
